I. SCOPE OF PROCESSING

We will process your personal data (hereinafter referred to as "PD") based on your subscription to the newsletter/news to the following extent: e-mail address.

II. PURPOSE OF PROCESSING

software providers – to facilitate the operation of the e-shop and ensure its technical security (server hosting, e-mail hosting, cloud hosting, CRM system, office applications, etc.);
operators of backup servers and other hardware - in order to ensure the proper operation of the e-shop and the protection and availability of related data.

V. YOUR RIGHTS CONCERNING PROCESSING

Providing data is completely voluntary - if you do not provide it, we cannot send you the newsletter/news.

During the processing of your Personal Data, you have the right to:

withdraw consent at any time, without any penalties,
request information from the administrator about what personal data they process,
request an explanation from the administrator regarding the processing of your personal data,
request access to your personal data from the administrator and have it updated or corrected,
request the administrator to delete your personal data or restrict their processing,
transfer your personal data to another controller,
unsubscribe from receiving commercial communications within the meaning of Section 7 of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on certain information society services.
