How to buy

AVAILABILITY OF GOODS

  • In stock – Goods are available at our warehouse in the Czech Republic and are shipped on working days within 24 hours
  • Availability in days / weeks – the goods are not available in the main warehouse and are ordered/produced by the supplier.
  • Date availability (specific date) - the goods are currently being produced by the supplier and the date is determined by the expected delivery date to our shipping warehouse in the Czech Republic.

In the shopping cart, when selecting shipping and payment, you can see the estimated delivery date of the goods to your address.

Delivery times

Delivery time varies depending on the chosen carrier. Goods are shipped from a central warehouse in the Czech Republic.

  • GLS – goods in stock are shipped twice a week. Usually on Tuesdays/Thursdays. Delivery time is then within three working days.
  • PPL – goods in stock are shipped within 24 hours of ordering. Delivery time is then within two working days.
  • DHL pallet – goods in stock are shipped within 24 hours of ordering. Delivery time is then within two working days.
  • Mail order – goods in stock are shipped within 24 hours of ordering. Delivery time is then within two working days.

TRANSPORT

You can choose the carrier in the shopping cart. For delivery of shipments within the Czech Republic, we use both parcel and pallet transport:

  • Parcel transport - GLS, PPL, Zásilkovna
  • Pallet transport – DHL, GEIS

We allow personal collection of goods at our delivery point ( warehouse in Bocanovice (Frýdek-Místek district) - after prior agreement and placing an order via the Czech version of the website www.lukahome.eu

The shipping price is dynamically calculated based on the number of packages (weight and dimensions) in the shopping cart (a baby bed can consist of two or more packages). We always try to find the most affordable shipping while maintaining the expected quality.

PAYMENT

In the shopping cart you can choose from several payment types.

  • Payment via payment gateway (GoPay, PayPal, GPwebpay)
  • Deferred payment (Klarna - installment plan)
  • Cash on delivery - payment by card or cash upon receipt

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER SENDING AN ORDER

  • In the case of payment via a payment gateway, you are redirected to the payment gateway portal, where you continue according to the instructions (expedited bank transfer, card payment). You are informed about the success of the payment via the payment gateway.
  • Immediately after ordering, we will send you an order confirmation to your email inbox (if you have not received anything, please check your "bulk mail" or "junk mail" folder, or possibly your "spam" folder)
  • When the goods are shipped (received by the carrier), we will send you shipping information by email.
  • On the day of dispatch, but no later than the day of receipt of the goods, we will send you an electronic invoice by email.

GUARANTEE

All products are provided with a standard warranty consistent with the currently valid provisions of the Commercial Code.
